- There may be another com port already installed in your computer as
- Com2 - if so, you have to disable it before your internal modem will
- work correctly. If you have any problems, download PortInfo from our
- home page at http://comminfo.com and our "Diagnosing Com Port
- Problems" article - this should help you get up and running again.
